"My driver started off really well. He was nice and prompt and helped me with my bags. Then he had to pay for parking at the Airport. It specified on the website that for airport transfers they have up to an hour waiting time and anything after the hour they would charge £5 every 10 min they wait. Understandable. I deliberately booked the cab later than my flight arrival time to not have them waiting for so long. I booked it for 3am. I met him at 3:20 (collecting my bags delayed it a bit). They also can track the flight to see when it’s delayed to avoid costs. During my 3am travel home the driver was frustrated he had to pay £9 at the car park. I paid £140 for my return. He tried to get me to pay and then made someone from the office call me. I explained what I had read on the website and that I have used this company before and it’s never been an issue. Even though I ended up not paying it was really an inconvenience for me. I was tired from my long travels and had to now deal with this at almost 4am! The driver was rude after I did not pay the additional fees and did not help me with my luggage. Very rude and unprofessional. Things like this I would’ve thought would be included in the price! £9? Really?! "

Not a nightmare as we were having trouble getting through customs but he messaged me to meet him on 1st floor of parking lot not outside the terminal. Admittedly it’s rush hour but I felt it could have gone more smoothly if he’d been there to meet and greet and help with bags and where to go as we had no clue how to get to car park or lifts. Gave him £10 tip still as so exhausted from 12 hr flight"

"This is one of the worst taxi services I have ever received considering how expensive it was. The reason I gave the driver a 3 star is because of Ali, the driver who picked me up from SE15 3AP to LHR on January 9, 2023. Ali was not only on time, but very polite and his car was also clean. Unfortunately, my experience from LHR to SE15 3AP was completely the opposite. The driver showed up about 30 mins late and did not even apologize for showing up late. He was rude and dropped me off on the opposite side of the road. His car was also not clean. When I dialed his number after I waited for about 15 minutes he was still on his way. Also, the company needs to make the cancellation policy more visible before one reserves - this is not very clear at all on the page. Refunding only 10% of total cost when I tried to cancel within 24 hours of booking is totally ridiculous considering I only booked about a week before my trip. Needless to say, I would not be recommending this service. "

I phoned taxicode many time reminded about give my phone number to the driver but taxi code didn’t do it until I got out and phoned taxicode. Taxi code should better organise next time. Once i had my baggage I asked how much extra I needed to pay due to the delays collecting baggage. I needed to withdraw the money. He said it depends how long I take to come out to him. On going out I couldn't find him and when I did, I tried to show him my booking confirmation but he wasn't interested. I was happy to pay the extra but it would have been less if he had come into arrivals. An argument ensued between him and my partner and he refused to drive us. We had to call a cab from another company . Your driver was unhelpful and was only interested in letting the additional minutes mount up to get extra money."

If I did that why couldn't a professional drive do the same So now we are 20 minutes late, with a driver 30-40 minutes away and about to loose our table reservation soI had no choice but to cancell Thank goodness for Bolt, they were there in 5 minutes and the drive took 15 minutes longer than it would have normally due to the train strike which is no where near the 45-50 minutes yours driver would have us to believe Now 4 days later, there has been one apology I have emaled three times and rang four times and I can't get my money back You are an absolute cowboy out fit and a load of theives"

In spite of the online statement that the driver could be paid in cash, this was not provided as an option and advance payment was the only possibility. 2. The phone number provided in the emailed receipt for changing or cancelling the booking only gave access to a recorded message or chatbot. There was an option to leave a message but I was cut off after the second word. 3. I cancelled the booking by email giving four hours notice but had to ring customer 'services' (I use the word very loosely) the next day to request a refund of the 71.50 pounds I had paid. This request was refused. I would never, ever, ever use this taxi service again. "
